Preparation mode

1 can of condensed milk (for the dulce de leche)
1 can of sour cream
½ package (100g) of cornstarch biscuits
½ 170g semi-sweet chocolate bar

Preparation mode:

Let's start making the dulce de leche for this, cook the condensed milk in the pressure cooker for about 35 minutes. Then, once cooked, add the cream and stir. Break the 100 grams of cornstarch biscuit and leave it well crushed. Finish by grating all the chocolate with a coarse grater.

Mounting:

Ingredients

2 cans of condensed milk
2 tablespoons of cornstarch
2 cans of milk (use the empty condensed milk can to measure)
4 gems
400g of sour cream
2 semisweet chocolate chips, chopped (170 grams each)
2 milk chocolate bars (170 grams each)

Preparation mode:

Place the condensed milk, the cornstarch already dissolved in the milk, the yolks in a pan and leave on medium heat, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens. As soon as it thickens, turn off and add the vanilla essence. With the pan still off, pour the cream and mix. Set aside 1/3 of the mixture and set aside.

With the rest of the cream, mix the dark chocolate into pieces and stir well, if the cream is still hot it will melt the chocolate, but if you find it necessary to melt it a little more, take it in a bain-marie.

Mounting:

Place a layer of the chocolate cream on the bottom of the pot. Take it to the freezer for 15 minutes, remove and make a layer with the white cream. Return another 10 minutes to the freezer and cover with another layer of the remaining chocolate cream, finishing the last layer with the melted milk chocolate.

Preparation mode

With the remaining cream still hot, mix the chopped dark chocolate and stir well, the temperature of the cream melts the chocolate, but if you don't feel confident, you can melt the chocolate in a bain-marie and place the already melted chocolate in the cream.
While waiting for the layers to be ready, melt the milk chocolate in a bain-marie or microwave for the topping and set aside.

50g chopped white chocolate
1 tablespoon of butter (12g)
